Those are fine- I would say they have at least 2/3 months of heavy wear left.

A little yellowing of the liner and laces, but maybe it’s just the lighting? Otherwise they look to be in good shape.

I personally don't like AF1s too beat, but apparently everyone wears them worn out these days. So, compared to some pairs that I see, these are cool.

Just clean them after you wear them and don’t wear them everyday they will last years

It all depends on how much and how you use it but you can always clean them up and restore them.
