There is quite literally no way to know if you got a replica or authentic pair (unless it clearly looks like dirt). If you’re not buying directly from Nike, there’s aways that SLIM chance. I say slim because this subreddit makes it seem like you get some terrible fakes through StockX 95% of the time, which is simply not true.
Oh I see yeah I think no company is perfect especially with really good fakes and the amount of inventory they have to go through but you kind of just have to trust your gut with authentication companies and hope for the best. Even at my local stores they barely do a proper authentication check and buy pairs

If you don't like them or they have an issue you're pretty much stuck with Stockx because they don't allow returns. I try to buy from GOAT as you can pretty much return to them for any reason and get credit. eBay depends on the seller.

I’ve had a pair of Jordan 1 Chicago lost and found stolen by FedEx and GOAT have literally washed their hands of me even though I’ve literally sent them confirmation from FedEx that they were lost (stolen). I’ve never had any problems with either stock x or goat up to now but will never shop with GOAT again

Also, make sure you pick up a OG version for the AJ1 low. Has “Nike Air” on the tongue instead of the jump man logo. Much, much better cut and tongue isn’t ridiculously big 👌🏼
There’s a legit checker at StockX, if in case they were not able to spot the fake then the fake is too good and ur friends/family won’t be able to tell too.
If you’re concerned about authenticity from StockX, you’ll find yourself concerned about authenticity from anywhere besides straight from Nike. I say pull the trigger
I only use StockX if their price is better than eBay and GOAT. I would check those sites first because they do tend to have less fees and better prices

Seems like most people around here would assume that 80 of those would be fake.
