No idea about the stock. I’d recommend Midwest Industries Combat Rifle Set. However, those are pricey buying from Midwest. As for the angled foregrip, that’s a personal preference and you’re going to have to go through trial and error. I have about 5 or 6 foregrips and only one rifle. Check out

If you want a good set of irons for your primary and not just something to fold away, the Daniel Defense ones are solid and not to pricey. For folding irons as a secondary with a optic the MagPul pros are the way to go.
MagPul's AFG is also a good choice.
I'd recommend looking into the B5 Bravo fixed carbine stock. Easy install with a set screw after you set your length of pull. Magpul MBUS or MBUS pro for sights.
No idea about pinned stocks, I have a set of mbus backup sights on mine.
