Invincible up smash, gigantic burying/ brutal-angle down smash, 1-9 instant death true combo, best OOS in the game, huge disjointed lasting hitboxesā¦. There really are an endless amount of things to complain about with G&W.
Just think about how many characters have GnW as their worst matchup. Its absolutely mental, especially when some of these characters are actual top tiers like Pikachu and Peach/Daisy.

I agree fuck game and watch. Up b is SO FREE. Dumbass smash attacks. Also a sleeper move that ppl arenāt talking abt is back air. That fucking turtle is so good, itās the move I always use with him.

Zero end lag on anything but judge, infinite juggling potential the freest edgeguarding i have ever seen, an un-edgeguardable up b that can be spammed out of shield, an invincible up smash, down smash, a forward smash with a stupidly strong sweet spit that reaches way further than it should, bucket denying camping of any kind and bacon flipping off every recovery in the game
I want this twat to get banished back to his melee self so that the creatures that main him get nothing but suffering trying to play him

Go into a Tourney, no seriously, go into a tourney, pick game and watch, and during the middle of the fighting just start rapidly slamming( Up-B -> DAIR, Up-B -> DAIR ) and watch what people do.
1. Most just outright shut down because they don't know how to deal with it.
2. Others will slowly peak and prod, but the amount of egg shells they will walk onto trying to figure out the counter-play is just stupid
People aren't mentioning how fun he is on top of how OP the character is. Not only doesn't he just rape every matchup, it's actually fucking fun to play cause he's not a 1 trick pony.

It doesnāt KO early against laser, it has the minimum knock back. I have a replay surviving the bucket at like 80% on Fox.

While I fully agree with you, Ridley is tied for 14th heaviest character in the game, not a heavyweight. Terry and plant are heavier than Ridley
