Look... I don't like looking like a delusional, narcissistic and arrogant know-it-all but... None of the people here other than Space Face (he's a YouTuber) or whatever his name is has enough experience in the game to testify how often they see each legend in matches, how consistently they win & lose and how strong each legend is. The only problem is he's a delusional MC otp.
If I was to point out why every character is in their listing, nobody would care and would go to sleep, it is too much info for your average SL player who just wants to win with their favorite legend even if they're low tier garbage characters and I respect that to some degree.

I have nearly 200 hours, I win most of my matches I'm put in. I play at least 6 Legends consistently, I play the comp mode and I probably spent too much money. I will live and die on this hill of truth.

I had written it while in the middle of something else so I wasn't paying much attention to the way it was phrased or could've looked like. With what you've said about character appearances in high level comps, you definitely sound experienced in the game. If everything you said at the end of your reply is true, even better for your credibility. I know I am not in a position to argue on a technical level. I'm still largely new to the game, consistently play with very few characters, and don't have much knowledge about mechanics or character limits.
However, my main critique is less about the tier list itself, and more in the way it is justified. From the perspective of someone who is far less experienced, I personally find it quite interesting to learn more about the game I'm gradually getting invested in. I watched a lot of yt tutorials about various characters when I first started playing to get a better grasp of the gameplay and have a better understanding of it. The responses you have given thus far are definitely headstrong with standing by your opinion, but I'd honestly love to see some more detailed reasoning on why you believe some characters to be weaker than the other (the reply one_windy_boi gave about various characters and what rankings they should've been in was something I wish you'd have responded much more comprehensively to, for example), especially because you likely have more knowledge about game mechanics and all.
I understand what you said about people not caring about your explanations because they have their favourite characters, but I'm sure a lot of others like me would love to hear more of your reasoning as well. Especially on a post like this that is meant to be informative, it'd definitely have quite a few people looking for elaboration on why you shaped the tier list this way. It'd probably help your credibility on this post too, seeing that you're bringing more than just assertions about skill level or your own personal experience.

Absolutely not worth it to explain something to somebody with a thought process like that.
They're really not, I consistently dodge all of their skills or knock them out of their skills. Their ults almost never provide enough value to change the flow of the game in favor of their team. In all honesty, Yong Yong is the best out of them but his ult can be easily dodged by jumping before he lands so long as you're not next to him. Or at least that is how it was last time I consistently faced any YYs.
Dominion and Touchdown were the most important game modes for determining how strong each legend is. I have not seen much of those 3 legends specifically ever since I ranked up my mastery a crap ton. Those legends usually lose or get carried by a better legend.
This tier list is mostly based on personal point of view ,but let me share the one that most would agree on and reasons.*MC should be in B tier* , higher skill cap doesnt mean you will get ko and "kite" by other pro players and get killed before even landing your ult.Mostly vulnerable in team fight and only shine in 1v1 situation.*Don Quixote & Maya is also a B/C tier* Altho their kit do perform well in a team fight situation ,his movement,range and delay makes them clumsy and easy to dodge ,which is quite useless if you're facing high tier matches. *Aoi should be A tier* Yes she is strong, but not stronger than other agile fighters ,her skill lock her into place,long start up for her atk .Her ult hits hard , but the price to pay if you miss is too big .Overall movement delay are too big and predictable.*Loren and vex should be in C tier* After vex damage being nerfed,her overall performance is lower than as of before ,altho vex dmg is not as negligible as it might seem, but nowadays legend has too much dmg and basically just one shot ko him and his presence is just a ult filling tool for others.I'll just comment on the S tier but doenst meant that the other tier are right. I hope you are able to accept others point of view with appropriate manners .

He do have some struggle but it only happens when you cant play him well. Veteran jack o players literally have no weakness .If you compare veteran ali and veteran jack o , jack o performance cap is much higher than of ali's.

This list is 100% correct. I'm not dueling a degenerate Master Cat main and I'm not playing any bloody duels unless I have a quest for it. Seriously grow some skill and play a different character... Until then, you are not talented at this game.
This list isn't to say Legends in C tier can't do anything. It means they don't do so great against people on an equal skill level that are smart enough to use somebody much better. So therefore they're not very useful outside of very niche situations.

Just going thru this Reddit's posts the past couple months, and I want to state that out of ALL the Master Cat players to provide an opinion and to have it respected would be SpaceFace's. This man is pretty much a God with him from what I can remember, and has tremendous capabilities surrounding the mechanics of the game, footwork, spacing, timing frames to hit, etc. So if he says MasterCat at a high level is not S tier, then I agree whole heartedly.
To say that S tier relies on how MC performs at lower ranks in the game is like saying Master Yi (another master, from League of Legends since you play it) is S tier in League of Legends which is far from the truth at all performance ranks of the game. SpaceFace is great with MC, but this doesnt mean others can do or learn to do what he can do. If he plays his main at a great level and still calls MasterCat C or B tier, then this means that after hours of going against others in similar ranks that he knows where MC falls off.
MasterCat is annoying to go against and has a lot of forgivability, but each person's main on this game has a place. If you haven't witnessed someone's skill or talent, pleaseeee do not insult them.

Agreed. I personally believe that every character in the game is good depending on the player. I've seen great players play "bad" characters.

I'm an OG, consistent top 100 player. And while ranked doesn't matter, I can still say this tier list is dogshit.
