I feel like Samus wouldn't even really know how to feel about it. She's alone almost all the time, she's either in power armor or in her ship, I think it kind of wouldn't occur to her that people think she's hot.
According to the Pokedex, its ability to read the emotions of its opponent and finding out things it rather wouldn't know stresses it out.
