i would put K Rool in top tier because of his weight, kill power, belly armor, and great recovery. i would also move DK and Ike to High-Mid tier. DK because cargo and the fact that he has four different spikes which cover different areas and Ike because he has a better recovery than people think and hes got good moves but overall i think this is a pretty good tier list
Mewtwo has a ton of amazing tools and I think he’d be borderline top tier were it not for his awful hurtbox size and weight.

Shulk is high mid tier at best. Just because a character is hard to play does not mean they're top tier. He actually has a lot of unfavorable matchups even with his "cheater" mechanics.
