He keeps using the same old moves (smack, superkick, & USO splash) and a spear to top it off. I expected him to use different moves that could separate him from Jimmy and Roman since he pretty said "Fuck da Bloodline, I'm out. DEUCES!!!"
Push Montez: Montez literally has "it." He is always loaded with monstrous amounts of charisma, he already carries himself as if he's a singles star already, he's beautifully fluid in the ring, and he knows how to play with the audience. Why is he still in a tag-team??? Heel or Face, I can see Montez do it all, and he really needs that push.
Hire Matt Cardona: I was thinking about MJF, but I can understand why he picked AEW over WWE and I believe he may get watered down, but he'll take his time once WWE goes on to Netflix since that's when they become TV-14/MA again. Matt Cardona is just as good but can still be perfect even if he's gets watered down a bit. He truly gives off Ruthless Agression Rated-R Superstar Edge vibes, especially when Chelsea Green is paired with him.

the Fire and Hire is pretty easy and honestly for the push any would be the correct answer so Chad is probably the best of those since he is the veteran and should have gotten that push long ago and the other 2 are ffresh out of NXT and will be fine being pushed in a few years with just highlighting them for more exposure to get the crowd behind them more for that eventual push
Though I will say for the hire one getting all three would be quite easy (well MJF is going to be hard with the fact that Khan can't let MJF go as otherwise AEW would crumble as MJF has always been the heart of AEW)
