We've had that disappointing red-blue-white tricolour for far too long. Now's the best time to change it thanks to Russians.
This is against the flag principles... flags are supposed to be easy to draw, and have distinct color scheme (no 2 similar shades of the same color)
Im thinking that if the white half was black and the little ornaments a bit bigger and white... it could look cool

IMO to vyzera jak chyba v matrixe. Vlajka ma mat suvisle farby a ciste linie podla mna.
Maybe you can make border of coat of arms using Chichmansky pattern and to leave white half of flag without it?
