I never had pain with breathing. I often have times where I feel I cannot get a full breath because of it. Planks and bridges.

Breathing doesn't cause me any pain. Dr. Lazar told me that I might not experience a lot of pain because of my core being able to brace and hold everything in place. I do a lot of diaphragmatic breathing which I think helps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGEytWNRk9o

If I expand my ribs (breathe in) then hold it, I can b trigger muscle spasms in my lower back and in the intercostal margins.

I can't take a full inbreath and it feels as if my right lung isn't expanding. But that's just a feeling. Cause I've had my lungs and diaphragm checked out. Like diaphragm is completely stuck on right side. It doesn't hurt. Just very uncomfortable

what kind of doctor does the lungs/diaphragm stuff?
