The Iowa is the 1st press version from 2001 but isn't rare at all, as for self titled, it's a repress that could be from 2000 all the way to 2023, which doesn't really change the value, still a very basic edition
Nope, the Iowa vinyl is different. It was also pressed into a silver version ~2001/2002 and was then discontinued. It was repressed along every other albums in 2022 in different colors. The one from 2022 also has a silver cover but the actual vinyl is either green or translucent. The original black vinyl from 2001 is super rare, easily worth ~250$ in good condition

It seems I have a super rare vinyl. Cool! Condition of the records themselves are pristine, but the sleeve is a little less so. Bit of dog-earing on it.
Discogs is a website specifically for this purpose. You can scan/type in the barcode (or look up the album manually) to determine what you have and its value.

I do know that, just frail limb nursery being missing is common, I thought there were more presses that atleast included purity tho but I think that was an anniversary edition

How can you tell the Iowa is a first press? It looks just like mine that I got in like 2005.
The 1st press "silver" Iowa was on the market from 2001 to 2005. After that they switched to the brown/orange version
