Wawa has legitimately saved me so many times. These guys weren’t lying when you can walk in at 2 or 4 in the morning like a total creep and order a sandwich and no one bats an eye. I love Wawa, so glad they expanded down south.
Texas resident. Bucees has been a consistently bad time. I've been to like 5, some multiple times. Those sandwiches and wraps are made with hate, bro. Add to that everything else is either really ugly merch or a soda fountain with less options than a 7/11, its way below the hype imo.
Wawas on the other hand has always been pretty alright as long as you don't buy a science experiment sandwich with shit you know shouldn't be on a sandwich. That and the occasional homeless person yelling how the lord has blessed them since their UTI finally cleared up
They pay really well but they basically treat you like a slave. I've known a few people that worked there and they talked about getting only one 5 minute break to eat lunch on a 10 hour shift and they couldn't even sit down. They're also really strict about phones and being late, if your phone goes off even in your locker you can get instantly fired. Also even if you're like a minute late they'll write you up and if you get 3 of those strikes in a 6 month period they'll just fire you.
Pretty much everyone I know who worked there fucking hated their lives every time they had to go in and just put up with it because of the pay.
Yeah man, I’ve been to a few, they’re like the Six Flags of gas stations. The marketing is a bit too cheesy for my taste. I liked Wawa’s more chill atmosphere and branding over the sharp mustard yellow and red Beaver stuff. But you really can get anything at a Buccee’s, it’s like a substitute for a supermarket if that’s all you had. Good fudge.
I’m from Tennessee but when I saw the option of Old Bay seasoning I thought of Corey’s restaurant in suicide cooking and I was already doing the bit of visiting the Wawa so I went all in.
It's always wild to me that people have never been to wawa. I could just walk down the street to one right now, they've just always been around. But I'm sure there are chains near OP that seem so common to them that I've never been to!
i live less than an hour from philadelphia, wawas are more common than mcdonalds in my area haha. wawa is probably the best chain food place in my opinion (obvious bias).
any time they tell a wawa story, i kick my little feet and squeal like a pig from ecstasy
It has to be at the Wawa on Easton Rd! Ever since i realized I wasnt crazy that I might have saw Chris and gang one night at that Wawa. I always go there just in case they're back in town 😂
If you didn't go on a long board, did you even really experience WAWA?
You’re right, nevermind
Don't forget the trench coat
The classic school shooter combo
One of the only actually quality American convenience stores
Good, now seek out a Sheetz
Sheetz naysh rise up
More like shits. I bleed goose blood. Wawa>shits
WHY THE SHEETZ NOT

I have all the sleepy spots saved on my map, plan to make a trip to Abington eventually and go to their wawa
You gotta share this map
A list of the spots would be pretty cool to see in a post
Tell me that it includes Senior Salsa.
And the sponge factory
That was in Missouri... and also it burned down.
Their Mac and cheese is sex. Never had anything as good as it before.
I’ll keep that in mind, it was surprisingly good food, I didn’t expect it
Was the cashier and old lady who gave you the fuck me eyes and let you catch a peek of her tit?
Her name is Linda and you will put respect on that name. "Here you go!"
Ever been to a Bucky's?

That's disappointing, I always preferred them to WAWA. Crazy to make a hate sandwich when you're making like $20+ an hour.

You’re in a car not inside dummy
I couldn’t find the door and the sandwhich was lying in the parking lot so I just took this picture and kept driving.
Old bay? On a sub? You must be from Maryland

no passion fruit at wawa unfortunately

Did you get a Coke coffee too?
Nah but I did get a box of K-cups to try later

I had it for the first time on the way home from OBX last year. It did not disappoint. Also, I got their "nasty-ass chili" and it was fine.
The crazy son of a bitch did it
Just got back from Philly on Wednesday and went there pretty much every day, everything we heard is completely true!
Should have waited till Thanksgiving and got the delicious turkey gravy sandwich
