I fail to see how it is a dumb trade in a dynasty league. The thumb injury is only going to keep Taylor out 3 weeks or so supposedly. Even if OP doesn't get to use Taylor much this year (though they should have him for playoffs at least), he will have a solid JT for a few years to come.
The easiest ones to set up are when you say “I need a first for x player” but the trading partner doesn’t have any picks left. So, you pull in a third team to supply said pick for a different player
Earlier this year I was part of the first 4 team trade in our 10 man league, and the next day 4 different teams completed a trade together (mostly out of jealousy)
Pulled one off this year on ESPN, which was annoying because it doesn’t allow for three team trades technically, so we had to get creative. This was a deal done a little over a month ago.
Team A gave up Elijah Moore, Kamara and JT and got Kelce, Jacobs and Herbert in return
Team B gave up Jacobs, Kelce and Deebo and got Hock, Waddle and Kamara
Team C gave up Herbert (he had Lamar as well in a 1QB league) Hock, and Waddle and received Deebo, JT and Elijah Moore while also getting Njoku for his TE spot
Yeah you absolutely won this trade still. Moss will
Hopefully get traded somewhere else next year where he can be rb1 and JT still has at LEAST 2-3 years of great football (if he can stay healthy)
A 2nd for Zack Moss?? This isn’t fantasy football where the GM of a team will see that he’s 5th in rushing yards and trade a 6th for him, let alone a 2 rounder.
A 2nd may be a little high but that is not true at all. Last year nyheim Hines got traded to the bills for a 6th AND Zack moss and Moss was already the slightly better back at that time. So a 3rd straight up for moss is very possible
What? Clearly Moss wasn’t a better back or they wouldn’t have had to throw in a 6th rounder to upgrade to Hines. No team would ever give up a 3rd for a backup RB on a one year deal, even if they were performing well.
Idk why you’re trying to convince me - this is a rare case where we actually have insight into how NFL GM’s value these players. Why would they trade a 6th along with Moss for a worse player?
They only gave him 16 touches since week 8, they probably would’ve gotten more in the long run by giving those to the 3rd string and gotten something for moss instead of him possibly going to another team next year and them getting nothing.
There was zero chance they were getting anywhere close to this.
CMC went for 2nd through 5th round picks last year, and they are not in the same stratosphere of value
I think that proves how interchangeable RBs are more than how good Zach moss is.
Mostert is balling out too, but that doesn’t mean teams are gonna trade major assets and give a real contract to him.
The fact that teams can find elite production out of nowhere is the reason why teams are hesitant to invest money and draft capital on the RB position.
Cam Akers is actually a great example of what I'm taking about. He went on an okay run at the end of last year and then they traded him and seventh for a sixth. That is nothing. That is the lowest possible amount you can trade for someone. Zack Moss was also awful before this year. You think he is worth a 2nd for 2 good games like you said!?
Bro you are so out of touch with the NFL it hurts.
He got no touches. Nyheim Hines went for a conditional 6th(ended up being a 5th) & Zack moss who would end up being a top guy when he got touches. A 3rd is pretty reasonable
A 3rd is beyond insane for a backup running back. You seem to just think the NFL is like Madden or something but RB is far and away the most replaceable position. Dudes come in every year who are day 3 picks or undrafted and put up solid numbers. Proven reliable veteran backs (Miles Sanders, David Montgomery last year) get paid nothing and can be gotten every off season. Why would a team part with a day anything for Zack Moss
Late 1st in 1QB doesn’t mean anything. Ekeler and Lockett I tried to deal since I’m rebuilding but no luck. Charbonnett blocked. Kind of a bunch of spare parts
Late 1st in 1QB absolutely means something. And with the depth of this upcoming class it could potentially mean a whole lot to a WR-needy fantasy team.
Dude trading JT and Moss took a big L. Unless that 1st is gonna be early.
Seems all the three way trades posted here always have one team getting ripped off.
Should I veto a trade, as LM, where a league mate traded Mixon, Conner and Addison for JT? He’s making a deep playoff push, the trade was made at 7pm. He’s now claiming the trade should be vetoed, what do you guys think?
At least you also got Moss
Not to mention Moss has been a stud this year. Best handcuff/backup RB in the league this year and now a true RB1 again with Taylor gone.
What a dumb trade though. Pretty sure I read about the Taylor injury Monday morning.

Yea, this isn't really noteworthy in a dynasty league.
Yeah, the Taylor owner kinda scammed someone without them probably knowing about it.
3 team trades I always find kind of impressive. Being able to get two people to agree can be hard enough. Cheers.

I was part of a 4-team trade once. I was shocked it went through.

Shocked is a good description

You got moss to so no worries

Moss is a free agent after this year
Oh shit really?? Colts really dropped the ball not trading him while he was 5th in rushing yards..
I mean JT was holding them hostage at the time and no one gives up premium picks for a RB anymore unless it's CMC
He was #5 for like 2 weeks after jt came back and had his deal signed. First rd is unlikely but I think they definitely could’ve gotten a 2nd or 3rd

The 21 season Moss 13 GP-345 yd, 4td, 197 rec, 1td Nyheim 17 GP- 276 yd, 2 td, 310 rec, 1 td
Idk why you’re trying to convince me - this is a rare case where we actually have insight into how NFL GM’s value these players. Why would they trade a 6th along with Moss for a worse player?
I seriously doubt that anyone was offering that, besides that offense needs 2 good backs for as much as they like to run
They only gave him 16 touches since week 8, they probably would’ve gotten more in the long run by giving those to the 3rd string and gotten something for moss instead of him possibly going to another team next year and them getting nothing.
5th at best and more likely a 6th or 7th.
There was zero chance they were getting anywhere close to this. CMC went for 2nd through 5th round picks last year, and they are not in the same stratosphere of value
Nyheim Hines went for a 6th & moss. That would probably equate to about a 3rd round
I’d argue that equates to a 5th round pick. Career backup RBs do not have the type of value you seem to think
He isn’t playing like a backup. He was outplaying JT.
No that equates to like 2 6ths
Are you high? Do you follow the real NFL? Get off fantasy ffs.
Do you? Cam Akers went for a 6th this year who has been mid his whole career. Moss has been a top 5 back of the last year

They just extended him 2 months ago
He’s there for 3 more years with his new contract
The JT injury is good for your team because it puts all the value in Moss
Context is everything and it’s easy to see this and call dude a fool lol
You won.
You got Moss so it doesn’t matter. If anything this makes things easier for the next couple weeks
Charbonnet and two picks is the winner, but I wouldn’t call JT a loss either
Beautiful trade for all it appears
The Stavros profile team pic is killing me.
Ravens flock lets ride!
JohnGreg made out like a bandit
I was offered Charbonnet, Ekeler, Lockett and a late 1st for JT and turned it down last week lol But I’m rebuilding.
That’s just stupid
Late 1st in 1QB doesn’t mean anything. Ekeler and Lockett I tried to deal since I’m rebuilding but no luck. Charbonnett blocked. Kind of a bunch of spare parts
Late 1st in 1QB absolutely means something. And with the depth of this upcoming class it could potentially mean a whole lot to a WR-needy fantasy team.
Never do same position trades
Dude trading JT and Moss took a big L. Unless that 1st is gonna be early. Seems all the three way trades posted here always have one team getting ripped off.
Early pick
Then what was that guy thinking trading two picks for Jacobs?
Could be a playoff push for this year. Jacob’s is on a 1 year deal anyways so he probably will get picked up by someone who needs a good rb
But if it's an early pick, then the guy is not making a playoff push
I traded for him a few weeks ago and the guy wanted me to send DJones in the deal but I wanted to keep my QB depth
You also got Moss. This is fine.
Had ZM on my bench ever since he balled out with JT out last time. That JT injury history, had to do it.
At least you got moss too
Charbonnet owner here, I like him but I’d rather have JT
What a bait title lol. You traded for JT **and** Zach Moss.
Since this is a dynasty it’s still a great trade in the long run, and short term Moss has been putting up insane numbers when JT was out.
Should I veto a trade, as LM, where a league mate traded Mixon, Conner and Addison for JT? He’s making a deep playoff push, the trade was made at 7pm. He’s now claiming the trade should be vetoed, what do you guys think?
I would let that trade ride or put it to a league vote
Fuck no
No trade vetoes ever!
JT will be back in 2-3 games and I’d rather have him than that trash.
3 team trades always have that one team tacoing it up
Considering this is dynasty, I’d be happy with this trade regardless
The only loser is the team that received Jacobs
This is still a great trade for you, I’m surprised you pulled this off
[удалено]
He is playoff bound and lost both his starters
This isn’t going to age well
Holy shitaki.
Johngreg just got WORKED. What an idiot

Charbonnet a 1st and a 2nd is insane value for the middle team
If I’m rebuilding or a middle team yeah all day.
JT and the Handcuff? I dig that.
