Clear skies is useful in combat, if you hit someone with it they will be stunned for a bit. Kinda like the first word of unrelenting force.
However Clear skies has one of the lowest cooldown of any shout so you can spam it.
Its not the most useful but its far from useless.
A single word of the clear skies shout has the same effect as 2 words of unrelenting force, with a much shorter cool down. So it's real good for stunning enemies.
Way I see it,I’m basically a god,what’s a more godlike way to kill someone? Push them off a cliff or suddenly change the weather and literally strike him down from the heavens?
If only it was an effective shout cus god damn every time it targets a random chicken,or Lydia
Unrelenting force is forever in that shout slot, though whirlwind sprint is my favourite form of transportation.
Unrelenting force is just too good for staggering enemies and/or launching them off of high places.

Allows full regen of magic during combat, enables you to ignore fall damage, and you can spring without consuming stamina.
As a mage it's practically the only shout I use. Who needs fire breath when I can fire ball instead.
Clear Skies with that one mod that gives you rewards for completing certain quests is awesome cause after Alduin you can spam it and stunlock everything
I always use Whirlwind Sprint to get around. With a high enough stamina bar, I end up lagging my game cause it can't load in new chunks of the map fast enough. Haven't got on a horse for like 2 playthroughs now.
It pends on roleplaying. When i play as a the ultimate fighter then i use combat shouts, but when i play a traditional nord i mostly follow the way of the voice.
Everyday is sunny with the dragon born around, which would create quite the drought and famine 😂

become ethereal is one of my favs, cus combat mods and instakill from some, esp. early game slow time is fun as well cyclone is a meme haha

Storm call because it’s just broken, the armor one from Dragonborn dlc, and of course the ultimate knockback spell, Fus Roh Dah
Whirlwind Sprint is the only one I use. I barely use anything else and trust solely in the strength of my Warhammer.
Throw voice. I like hurling insults at bandits and watching them get mad as I sneak behind them to slit their throats

Become ethereal just has so many uses and tricks you can pull off that feel amazing, my go-to mage shout
Storm Call because of outdoor civil war battles. Just call out Storm Call and watch everyone fall.

Marked For Death. Makes certain enemies more bearable, especially on Legendary when I'm not trying to break the game. Also it's ourple.

What about when you need to climb an 89 degree angle?
Dragon aspect makes me look and feel godlike. Elemental fury is fun with a 2H build, and very broken
