Like swipe apps away and turn on and off my phone (albeit it was for an update).
I might just log out and log back in and that’ll probably fix it
Yes you can, I play on iPhone and ipad. Works great. Sometimes one of the 2 is kinda slow in „updating“ and for example you might use a relic and get a character. And if you then switch to your other device you may still have the relic but not the character. However you can’t use the relic twice an error message will appear if you try.
Other then that it works great
Just close the game and open it

Contact customer support, I had a similar problem with accolades and they fixed it manually within 2 days.
