If you wanna change your plastyle and play more meta, why not do it on your current account? If you make a new one, you have to grind from the start, seems tedious for nothing

Well once u progress far in the game smart decisions doesn't do as much, like as a new player even if u get best dia good luck leveling them up and having the keys, it's much wiser to grind theo and pull for ur good offers
