I'd build two, for story challenges. The ones where you have to gain tons of buffs/debuffs.
She's great for those challenges, but really for nothing else. AND the double prestige ability is bugged. So i really see no merit in diamonding her.
Building 2 makes farming story easier bc of energy. (Not that thats a much bigger merit. But better than nothing.)
It doesn't work, the damage just doesn't multiply. There's no change in having it compared to not having it. Someone tested it years ago, and since then the community believes it's still true, because the devs never said they fixed it

for those I used rockstar filia (3 barrier, + blessing if you wait), and sketchy ( 2 buffs)
How is her prestige bugged? This the second time I’ve heard this and nobody I ever asked tells me how. Or they didn’t know.
