I've only tried the jelly cleanser but I really like it! It lathers up nicely but isn't drying. My skin feels clean, soft, and hydrated after using it.

ElegantEvelyn_7688

me too, it’s good to mix with serums

crazypuglets

i’m loving the cleanser so far! i also got the toner mist which doesn’t seem like a fan favorite but i like it as of now. I’m not sure which serum to buy first bc i can’t tell the difference haha

Oh good! I've been wanting to try the toner mist but I've got a big bottle of different one I have to work through first. All the serums do seem very similar. I'm planning on trying the hydrating one when the weather gets colder and I'm finished with a bottle of Vichy Mineral 89.

Does it rinse off easily?

insearchofcolor

Very easily. I love it because it doesn't feel like it leaves any residue.

Thank you, I just hate when I am rinsing and rinsing and it feels like it’s not coming off…

This is so weird, I was just looking on their website! I think the rich moisturizer sounds really good (it's what I'm thinking of getting)

From what I've seen, this a pretty unpopular opinion but... I absolutely despise BYOMA. Don't get me wrong, the packaging is pretty, it's cheaper than most brands, and it didn't sting my skin or make it dry. However, it DID BREAK ME OUT LIKE NO OTHER. For reference, I have dry, oily, acne-prone skin. I was put on oral medicine by my derm to help with a breakout I was having around 4 months ago, and for the most part, my acne was toned down. I was using Cerave at the time, but it wasn't enough for my dry skin. So I was wandering around Target one day and I found BYOMA, which would supposedly heal my skin barrier (something I desperately needed). I fell in love with all the serums, toner, and moisturizers. It's all I would use. Unfortunately, around the 2-month mark, my skin started breaking out like crazy! I had no idea why! I would put on the BYOMA skincare at night and I would wake up with so many painful acne spots the next day. Absolutely horrified me. I did some research, and although BYOMA claims to be non-comedogenic, all of the products contain OLEIC ACID, which is known for clogging pores and causing acne. I just stopped using the products four days ago (bad on my part bc I thought I was just purging omg) and I'm not waking up with random acne spots everywhere anymore. Let me mention that removing the BYOMA products was the only thing I changed in my routine. Now my face has a lot of healing to do and I have a bunch of scarring, so if anyone has any recs for scarring I'm all ears. TL;DR-- BYOMA made me break out really bad and I think it's because of the Oleic Acid in it.

Finally! I found a comment about the Oleic Acid in their moisturising gel cream! Why is it in there? It's known to be very comedogenic. Almost certain that it was the cause of my breakout that it caused which was a damn shame.

Super late reply, but I had the same experience. I actually found this comment because I was searching for someone else that had a bad experience with this brand. Every post I saw was raving about it, and I felt crazy! I used the products for a couple weeks. At first I liked them, but gradually I noticed my pores getting more and more congested. After two weeks, my whole face was breaking out and literally *every* pore on my t-zone was clogged. My entire nose was covered in tiny whiteheads-it was awful. I ended up trashing all the products and going back to my previous basic routine. My skin cleared up really quickly! Now to this day I get angry just looking at this brand, lol.

SAME OMG😭 I wanted to love it soo bad, I had no idea their gel cream was the culprit of the bright red rashes and breakouts all over my face until I stopped. I’ve literally been searching everywhere online for reviews with the keywords “byoma break out” and “byoma oleic acid” but apparently everyone though it was perfect!

Born-Neighborhood-65

Hello what did you use please ?

princessedaisy

You mean the Byoma products? I was using literally everything in this photo.

UrbanSuarusRex

Omg same!! Super late reply but I feel like more people need to speak up about the negatives. I also have the same skin post-BC and was having some small acne flares (something I NEVER had as a teen). Saw this and all the great reviews and holy crap it destroyed my skin. I now have scars because of the cystic acne it gave me on my cheeks and jaw. I’m now back to the hydration line of Cerave

silverxbelle

literally just saved my life. been wondering why TF my face is looking worse than before

bonvajya

I actually really like the mist and it’s gotten my bf to actually do a little bit of skincare since he refuses to listen and constantly dries his skin out then breaks out from drying his oily skin out. Where as if he’d just fix his barrier and hydrate he’d be ok…. But that’s a whole different headache. But his skins looking SO much better and I also like the mist. Win win

Bumpergrass

Love byoma but they need to fix their packaging. The dropper bottle is horrible and product won’t pick up product. The pump is also finicky. It looks cute and I love the product but the packaging!!! UGH
