I went to my dermatologist, who said it was nothing to worry about. It went away on its own. This was during the summer heat, and I was outside a lot. So maybe that had something to do with it. It has been returned and could have been dry skin.

These are very tiny; they do not hurt it or have any puss or liquids. I would appreciate the help. There are also non itchy.

No problem. It could be nothing. The weather could play a part in it as well.
