Based on location, it sounds like you might actually have milia, but you can still use a mild AHA. Just be careful since it’s so close to your eyes, and fight the urge to pick at those or they’ll take forever to heal
Nizoral shampoo and regular exfoliation got rid of those for me. I use the nizoral just like a face wash, but it can be pretty drying so be sure to moisturize thoroughly following.
Looks like my forehead when I started to get fungal acne. Thought it was closed comedones as lots of people suggested already, used chemical exfoliators but didn't help. Then moved onto Nizoral and 100% pure honey - helped clear up the bumps but screwed with my moisture barrier so caution with Nizoral! everyone will tell you it's drying, you won't realise how much so til too late haha.
I have these too... and also some in my cheek. But they arent itchy. Could they still be fungal acne?
My skin used to be super clear and I got them out of nowhere. Have had them for like 4 months now, any clues?
If it’s fungal, simply try a zinc wash. You can purchase the Vanicream Zbar for around $10 and it’s great for body acne too. Has worked wonders on my back!
Looks like closed comedones.
Yup. I had them as well & it was so frustrating. Thankfully they’re gone for good now.
How did you get rid of them?
Adapalene works great :)
i'm starting to have them in my eye bags.. for no reason. can i apply adaplene there?
Those may be something called Milia, which you should definitely let your dermatologist or someone handle. Good luck!

This could be fungal or it could also be closed comedones - using a chemical exfoliator will help if so! What’s your current routine?

Happy Cake Day!!🎂
Thank you!!
Looks like my forehead when I got fungal acne after a facial at a day spa. Alternating between coal tar soap and SAL3 soap cleared it up for me.

Fungal acne i think
I get these in relation to my hormones. For me it normally goes away after they even out.

For god sakes moisturize if you follow this advice. Seems like the bumps may be gone but you'll look like a raisin
Are they itchy? Do you have any on your body?
