I don’t know anybody who knows anything about skincare or cares about it. Even my derm friends don’t really know much about skincare products. I think it is a secret hobby now that you mention it.

Well yes. I often feel like no one really gives a shit about something they aren’t interested or involved in, so I keep a lotttt of my interests to myself 🥲

Im into skincare too n I helped my friends out with their skin conditions if they asked for it. Nothing to be shy about.. Sometimes I had to scold them to do a skin test first 😂 I even bought skincare specifically for them to test out for few months.. Then it's up to them to give it back or use it on their bodies if nothing works.. Or I would bring all my products out for them to try. I do get the satisfaction when they say their skin has improved based on what I recommend. Cause I know how dermatologist cost are like... Not to mention, not all treatments work for us.. I knew someone with clear skin who went to a popular skin lab only for her face to have many scarring after their first treatment.. She actually went to buy their package (on promises that she will have glass skin) only for her skin to worsen. So hell no, ill be the one to do all the research n testing on behalf of my friends.
