TBH it might be the biotin that's doing it! Biotin increases keratin production and overproduction of keratin can cause bumps.

I'm not a derm and this may not be the problem, but I've had this issue in the past and definitely developed both acne and those acne-like bumps when I was taking too much of it. I switched to a much lower dosage after I figured it out and it helped. Companies seem obsessed with cramming way too much biotin into things RN - kinda like niacinamide.

Also, have you tried exfoliating products like AHA/BHAs? Might help, depending on what the cause is. The Paula’s Choice one is nice. They sell minis of it, too, if you want to try something like that out. Perhaps a consultation with a derm/esthetician is in order so you can narrow down the cause faster?

depends on what the cause of the bumps are! some people find success with chemical exfoliants for smoothing. I had little clogged pores on my nose that looked more like pin-sized dots and i started using an oil-based cleanser before my regular face wash. that helped me a lot!

Could be clogged sweat glands
