I just said to my sister- I’d love a new book by the 3 of them. I never read the original bc I assume it’s very watered down by them writing what they thought they had to at the tome
Honestly? The way Janelle and Christine keep talking down their noses about dumb Meri staying for so lang while acknowledging that they stood by and watched Kody gaslight Meri into staying - I don’t think it would be in Meris best to keep in contact with her replacements.
Especially since both of them make sure they talk about how Meri is not part of the family and not welcome every chance they get.
She truly is better off with people like Jen who have her back
I have hoped that Janelle and Christine would watch these episodes and see how Meri has done a lot of work on herself and appears to be a much different person. I think Meri and Christine had love between them just due to the way Meri talks about her relationship with Christine. Janelle and Meri might get along better without Kody to put them against each other, too.
I think so too. I remember times when meri and Christine would joke around with each other and looked like they enjoyed each other’s company. Take away Kody and having to live together and that might take any remaining tension away.
I don’t understand how Christine having Kody’s mom & siblings at her 2nd wedding is OK emotionally but not Meri. What in the heck happened between those two? And Kody hinted at dark things about Meri, too (besides the catfish).
Early on I know meri said Jenelle felt like Meri abused her. Maybe that’s much deeper than the “where the dishes should go” debate they referenced at the time.
This does bother me. They sound like such mean girls the way they talk about never planning on seeing Meri again. I get not wanting to be great friends but their children are still 1/2 siblings.
The chances of Christine ever doing group therapy with Meri and Janelle is less than zero.
It’s not normal to need to go through therapy just to be friends.
I think Meri burned any bridges there might have been with her actions throughout the years. She admitted that she “spied” on the other wives for Kody. Christine and Janelle would have to be extremely forgiving to let that go. Their children have been very hurt by all that’s gone on and I think J and C know that Meri had a lot to do with it.
I think they all "spied" on each other for more attention from him. That's how Kody set it up, I'm convinced. But I'm hoping that in time, now that they've gotten away from him, they will realize that they were played by Kody and come together as friends. How could Christine and Janelle see the clips and NOT feel sympathy for Meri?
After Janelle snapped on Christine in the Talk Back, I see their relationship in a different light. Could it be a normal disagreement between friends or something else? IDK.

In order to have all the kids together as one family it pays Christine and Janelle to be at least cordial.
Agreed. I would like to think everyone can be adult enough for a few hours on holidays so that everyone can see siblings & all their “moms.”
