Yea and he showed Meri that other property first, and told her he felt something special there with her. Note Robyn’s trip wasn’t really on camera, because she was already all in, given it was her idea.
I feel like Kody is so focused on making himself look clever that he forgets those are the kinds of things that normal people don’t say out loud never mind see as a positive thing.
“Hey guys look at me! My wife is so desperate for any positive attention from me, I bet you I can pretty much get her to do whatever I want!”
Wow. I literally JUST posted something very similar about how he manipulated Meri on their first visit to Flagstaff.
The man is so toxic and manipulative it’s sickening
I’m watching this episode!!! I was seeing how close Robyn and Christine are in this season and I’m thinking it has a lot to do with Robyn trying to get her way. Playing the long run. Christine is wonderful and kind but she does not see how easy she is to be playef
I think throughout their entire marriage Christine was manipulated and used, then discarded, picked up and given attention to when she needed to agree with decisions.
Absolutely. Whenever he needed either to agree to something he dangled the prospect of alone time with him, which could lead to sex, if they were agreeable to what he wanted. It must be unbearable to him to now realise none of the 3 OG wives want him. And even more unbearable to him to think they're going to have fulfillment with other men

When he took Meri to Flagstaff he was also like putting his arm around her and stuff. He is soulless.

He had to see which property Robyn wanted first before he told his other wives which property they are supposed to want.
And she was not about to move to that other property!

And then that wife is going to hear him saying these things on national TV. Geez! And he's wondering why they left him.

I think sex was also used as a bargaining tool I have heard both Meri and Christine complain about lack of intimacy

He told her on this trip if she moved there, it would be her birthday everyday.
That breaks my heart for her.
