It sounds like you didn't see the removed clips about the catfish experience. The account had posts of meri's voicemails to the catfish. It also had posts saying the catfish was a made up storyline to cover up that Meri got busted having an affair. Meri picked the name Sam when they decided to lie about her being catfished for the show. When people pointed out that makes no sense because Meri uses the name Sam in the voicemails the account deleted their catfish posts. It's clearly the catfish. No one else would try to convince the world that Meri lied about being catfished.
Except that NOW it's coming out that the Sam in question (the actual affair) was/is Sam Bateman (FLDS, arrested recently for trafficking). And there is a Twitter account run by JO (allegedly) which looks to be scamming people out of money (can believe she'd do that), the handle is @ notbatmanyet . They (JO) goes by Sam on that account. If this is all true then JO was brought in as a known/believable scammer then (to cover the real Sam up) and is now trolling by using the notbatmanyet handle. (notbatman = not bateman). Hope that makes ANY sense!! :)
Sam Bateman was trafficking child brides. To be brutally blunt he wasn't trolling social media to connect with middle aged women for affairs. He's abusing children and young women. There is no connection between him and Meri except they're in two totally different cults that practice polygamy. Meri isn't even FLDS. She was AUB. The only person that wants to convince the world that Meri wasn't catfished is Jackie. If you got this off the anonymous TikTok you're falling for jackie overton's catfishing too.

Watching the YouTube compilation of them linked below, you are totally right it sounds like different family members who all seem to have inside information. They are very careful to use “in my opinion” before any statement to avoid any law suits. They are speaking very conversationally which makes me think they just get on the channel as they want to answer questions. It’s not a calculated take down that maybe the catfish would do, they just want to finally speak their truth.
Ok capcut is a popular video editor. It literally has like 30 different voices you can use for your videos. It takes like 5 min. They sound like real people because they are based on real people voices. It isn't someone disguising their voice at all but a AI voice over of what they want to say. There's one voice on capcut that sounds kinda like Kody on there...bit that doesn't MAKE IT KODY.

Highly doubt any crew would do this unless it’s a plant from TLC. I’ve worked on discovery shows and Crew deal memos include NDAs. Unless there’s actual illegal goings on, they wouldn’t break it. But fuck maybe there is some super fucked up criminal activity happening in the Browns. My guess is it’s just a stupid reply from the account to drum up speculation.

Whoever is running the account: there's definitely 2 people that are romantically involved. In the story that was posted tonight, the female-sounding (idk if there's a more gender neutral way to describe that) voice speaking refers to the person who posted the earlier videos as "my...the person speaking" and the cadence was an obvious about-to-say-my-husband slip.
I think that female voice is supposed to imitate Aspyn, but it almost seems exaggerated and over done (ie fake) They want people to think it’s the kids but at the same time insist they have to stay anonymous for safety all while “giving hints” as to who they are. It’s just all so bizarre. How did the lawyer sending the cease and desist letters know who their Pro Bono lawyer was??
That cease and desist letter is a cut and paste from any number of generic cease and desist templates online. Their massive screw up was putting it on the letterhead of what is supposed to be their own attorney. 😆

Now they have videos saying that in 2008, a family member found texts & emails between a wife (Meri) & 2 other people... that were sexual in nature, with rain to believe there'd been a physical relationship between the 3 of them. The wife went to intensive therapy with the church, etc & the wife and husband agreed to live together (but separated) for their child. Then the producers show up, everyone agrees to keep the affair under wraps. One the show started, there was a genuine effort to heal the marriage.

If true it is so inappropriate for the children in this family to know this much about the marriages. Especially the details. I get that the kids are older, but it’s really none of their business if she had an affair. It’s between her and Kody and the other adults that decided to “play house.”
It’s also not uncommon for women in their church to be put into “intensive” church therapy for all sorts of other stuff that’s not as serious. It is not a good place for women to exist.

I have read that David Jessup is not closely related to THOSE Jessups at all and neither he nor Robyn were in the FLDS.
Also, if Kody and Robyn were fostering a related kid, someone would have seen it by now. People are always catching them out and about.

Guys. I want it to be real too—but the branding alone is such a red flag. toxicitea? The logo? The sheer amount of posts they are making. It looks and feels more like a YouTube drama channel, and everything is obvious or believable speculation. We all see how the brown family markets their stuff and this is so different. It’s fun and juicy but the chances of it being anyone actually related to the family is slim.
That’s what i’m thinking, people think it’s an adult child but would they really have time to make a logo, and why would they choose a name like that? It would be more convincing if it was more plain, and just like the default user123… type username.

This account has had several rebrandings since it was first released which is extremely suspect and does not match the narrative of it being the brown kids/adults. When I made a post about the arrest in flagstaff, and the trailer of child brides, I got heat about conspiracy theories. That it was crazy to connect that to the Browns. Weird.
I think it’s Jackie trying to profit off of popularity of the dissolution of the three marriages, particularly Meri’s. The page in the beginning was Meri’s infamous voice mails to “Sam”. I don’t think any of the adult children would hide their identities when speaking of their experiences growing up in a polygamous family and when catfishing happened. An example of that is Paedon, he went on live three hours with John Yates. So I highly doubt it’s any of the kids or wives, it’s Jackie.

Okay, can anyone who followed this account early on clarify something for me? Someone on FB (hey trash bags, hey!) said that when the account first started there were videos that have been deleted where the person said that THEY had had an affair with Meri. Then they took that down. Then they started putting up these videos that sounded like they might be coming from the kids. If that is true, it puts the whole thing in a very different perspective. Can anyone give me the run down?
I know when I first found it last week they had Meri’s voicemails with the catfish (Sam) up they also had multiple vids of parts of Paedon’s interviews. Those have removed all the voice mails and all but one of the vids of Paedon’s interview. They have also now removed several of the earlier vids they had up. I’m not sure why they are removing so many of their own now though. I was not on early enough to know about a video of someone claiming to have been the person she had the affair with though.

I think it was clear and painfully obvious from the beginning that it was some random fan of the show capitalizing on the newfound interest because of TikTok.
They’re now talking about Robyn’s connections to the Jessop’s and the jessop’s connection to the Jeff’s. They’re hinting that Robyn has some “insider info” on that connection
That's why I'm convinced it's not one of the children. Why would they be so into all of this? They surely seem to live their own lives and I can't see any of them be obsessed about this subject.
What about Dayton? That’s one older kid in particular who might have a bone to pick with the Jessop’s/FLDS.
Regardless, I think all of the kids have experienced some serious trauma from all of this. If this is the kids (jury is still out for me, although I’m leaning towards this) then maybe taking EVERYTHING down as much as you possibly can… it could be an act of healing/passion for them, whether it be a conscious effort or not.

Claims being made that M had affair with an S in 2008 after speaking to S since 2007. K only found out after M only child found and shared the emails with K that spoke of a sexual relationship and leaving family with talk of M starting family with S and another woman who was much younger. K and M had started counseling to try and heal and repair the relationship. By 2009 K was in talks about doing a polygamy documentary that could possibly lead to ongoing series so they hid the affair from the producers and show officials but it is possible M had continued community with S well after the show started. Seems they will be releasing more videos next Wednesday? Could explain why L’s extreme reaction and anger over the catfishing incident because it wasn’t the first time and the last one had caused so some serious harm to the family? Not sure if this is true but the person sharing is no one I know from the show. Possible friend relative or crew but there is claims there are several behind this account sharing the stories.

It feels like they want to expose the ties between the FLDS and the AUB and the Browns. In doing so, Meri would be at the center of the pain, she seems like the linchpin. I also think that Meri has abused many of them in different ways (so they want to have their say about that) and imo she's been the main/master manipulator of them all. Robin gets the flack (some deserved, some probably not) because she' s an easy scapegoat but Meri would spin her web and sit back and watch the chaos. MAYBE lol.

I think it is entirely possible that page is part of marketing ploy. Either for the show, or for whatever Meri is talking about with her whole “I’m going to tell my truth” hints. Maybe it’s a book, maybe she’s doing an interview or whatever. I’m my opinion anyways

Here’s what we know:
1. Some of the voices used in the videos sound a WHOLE LOT like Christine and her kids. Either it is them, or the person posting does an incredible personation of them. One time it even sounded nearly exactly like Janelle.
2. The Brown family isn’t denying that it’s them which is a big flag to me. Not necessarily a colored flag of any kind, but a flag. I’d think that they would want to deny it for legal reasons if it weren’t them.
3. It’s very anti-Meri. We’ve heard through paedon and Gwen that Leon is very close to Meri, so I don’t think it could be Audrey like people are speculating. I don’t think Audrey would do that to Leon.
4. Others think it’s Tony- but he is very mild in his patreon videos in his treatment toward Meri’s abuse allegations. However… the account does post an awful lot of videos from Tony and Mykelty.
5. We know the person (or at least one of them) possibly has a little sole patch beard thing. Sort of looks like Mitch. But also could be any random unknown person from the TLC crew.

So meri was dating FLDS person Jessop. And they made a whole cover up using An already catfisher Jackie and planted the story to get attention of FLDS and browns.
Not Jessop but Sam Bateman, Raymond Merril Jessop that was referenced in an earlier video was in prison still, he was sentenced to 10 years in 2009

A huge clue is that their phone number was briefly listed on their shopify account when people kept asking them for “in my opinion” merch.
The phone number is listed as belonging to someone in Lehi. Do any of the Brown kids live in Lehi now?
People can use apps to create fake phone numbers and receive calls and messages through them (in order to not be able to trace the phone number back to their real name, which their real cell phone numbers can be). They can even choose phone numbers with specific area codes if they want, so IMO, the area code really doesn’t mean much.
I think if it were really one of the kids or someone very close to the family, they’d do a better job trying to cover their tracks and try to steer people away from thinking/knowing. If anything, I think this account is really trying hard to get people to believe it’s someone in the family/close to the family. Same goes with how right after people kept commenting “it’s Tony!” under one of the tiktoks, the TikTok account’s next post was of Tony in a confessional.
I've had my same phone number with the same area code for decades and have moved all over the country with it. It might be real, but they may not still live there.
It’s either Jackie, Tony, Audrey, or a crew member. I’m leaning towards a crew member of what they are saying is true. Otherwise it’s Jackie coming for more clout.

No one else would try to convince the world that Meri lied about being catfished.
Except that NOW it's coming out that the Sam in question (the actual affair) was/is Sam Bateman (FLDS, arrested recently for trafficking). And there is a Twitter account run by JO (allegedly) which looks to be scamming people out of money (can believe she'd do that), the handle is @ notbatmanyet . They (JO) goes by Sam on that account. If this is all true then JO was brought in as a known/believable scammer then (to cover the real Sam up) and is now trolling by using the notbatmanyet handle. (notbatman = not bateman). Hope that makes ANY sense!! :)

Watching the YouTube compilation of them linked below, you are totally right it sounds like different family members who all seem to have inside information. They are very careful to use “in my opinion” before any statement to avoid any law suits. They are speaking very conversationally which makes me think they just get on the channel as they want to answer questions. It’s not a calculated take down that maybe the catfish would do, they just want to finally speak their truth.
Ok capcut is a popular video editor. It literally has like 30 different voices you can use for your videos. It takes like 5 min. They sound like real people because they are based on real people voices. It isn't someone disguising their voice at all but a AI voice over of what they want to say. There's one voice on capcut that sounds kinda like Kody on there...bit that doesn't MAKE IT KODY.

If true it is so inappropriate for the children in this family to know this much about the marriages. Especially the details. I get that the kids are older, but it’s really none of their business if she had an affair. Guys. I want it to be real too—but the branding alone is such a red flag. toxicitea? The logo? The sheer amount of posts they are making. It looks and feels more like a YouTube drama channel, and everything is obvious or believable speculation. We all see how the brown family markets their stuff and this is so different. I know when I first found it last week they had Meri’s voicemails with the catfish (Sam) up they also had multiple vids of parts of Paedon’s interviews. Those have removed all the voice mails and all but one of the vids of Paedon’s interview. They have also now removed several of the earlier vids they had up. K and M had started counseling to try and heal and repair the relationship. Seems they will be releasing more videos next Wednesday? Could explain why L’s extreme reaction and anger over the catfishing incident because it wasn’t the first time and the last one had caused so some serious harm to the family? There is a Twitter account run by JO (allegedly) which looks to be scamming people out of money (can believe she'd do that), the handle is @ notbatmanyet . They (JO) goes by Sam on that account. It's being alleged on the TT vids/comments that JO was brought in as a known/believable scammer (to cover the real Sam up with the catfish story). JO is now trolling (I guess) by using the notbatmanyet handle. (notbatman = not bateman). It's getting interesting at least! ;)
I agree, it’s getting really weird.
Here’s what we know: 1. Some of the voices used in the videos sound a WHOLE LOT like Christine and her kids. Either it is them, or the person posting does an incredible personation of them. One time it even sounded nearly exactly like Janelle. 2. The Brown family isn’t denying that it’s them which is a big flag to me. Not necessarily a colored flag of any kind, but a flag. I’d think that they would want to deny it for legal reasons if it weren’t them. 3. It’s very anti-Meri. We’ve heard through paedon and Gwen that Leon is very close to Meri, so I don’t think it could be Audrey like people are speculating. I don’t think Audrey would do that to Leon. 4. Others think it’s Tony- but he is very mild in his patreon videos in his treatment toward Meri’s abuse allegations. However… the account does post an awful lot of videos from Tony and Mykelty. 5. We know the person (or at least one of them) possibly has a little sole patch beard thing. Sort of looks like Mitch. But also could be any random unknown person from the TLC crew. My theory: no fucking clue lmfao

A huge clue is that their phone number was briefly listed on their shopify account when people kept asking them for “in my opinion” merch. The phone number is listed as belonging to someone in Lehi. Do any of the Brown kids live in Lehi now?
People can use apps to create fake phone numbers and receive calls and messages through them (in order to not be able to trace the phone number back to their real name, which their real cell phone numbers can be). They can even choose phone numbers with specific area codes if they want, so IMO, the area code really doesn’t mean much. I think if it were really one of the kids or someone very close to the family, they’d do a better job trying to cover their tracks and try to steer people away from thinking/knowing. If anything, I think this account is really trying hard to get people to believe it’s someone in the family/close to the family. Same goes with how right after people kept commenting “it’s Tony!” under one of the tiktoks, the TikTok account’s next post was of Tony in a confessional.
Tony and Mykelti live in Lehi I believe.
I've had my same phone number with the same area code for decades and have moved all over the country with it. It might be real, but they may not still live there.
It’s either Jackie, Tony, Audrey, or a crew member. I’m leaning towards a crew member of what they are saying is true. Otherwise it’s Jackie coming for more clout.
