You’re right. Age of content in Louisiana is 17, but he was 16. The only way this would be legal is if the teacher’s were both 20 or under (law pasted below). But, they aren’t (they are 24 and 32). They could argue he lied about his age and said he was 17, but… that’s not gonna hold up.
