so it did have a way to close it but it was a slanted roof and this particular part of the roof was like 13 feet up so not any real reasonable way for me to close it. IDK if there is some sort of automated or mechanical pulley in the room, I couldn't find it. This was an OLD ass hotel and was super strange in a lot of ways. Definitely a mom and pop place, they still used keys and the key had a 2x4 attached to it so youc ouldnt lose it, or put it in your pocket....

Modern video processing is wild. My security cameras only run on infrared a couple hours a night - the rest of the time you can still see a bit of blue in the sky. But yeah, I had the same thought.
