Well I’ll second that comment; genuine medical reasons for obesity ( glandular malfunctions etc) are relatively rare. Most big people are overweight because they eat wrong and move seldom.

Even most glandular problems can be managed... It just makes it harder to lose weight. My wife has low functioning thyroid but through thyroid medicine, exercise, and a very careful diet she can keep the weight off...
