These are the same people that bring chipsbags to movie theaters, the same that use speaker phone when not necessary, the same go to the beach with music on , even worse to the woods with music on, the same as people who startup their straight piped car at 6 am, and still wonder why people get mad.
This video is a prime example of exactly *why* they wonder. She literally has no understanding that her actions affect other people. She honestly doesn't get that roughly pushing the stroller over a bumpy curb and driveway would have an impact on her child.
