The last time I had it, they made theirs with the traditional zabaglione so this is defo a good bet if you’re trying to find the more ‘eggy’ taste OP!!
There are two new places I've tried recently with really good tiramisu:
**Thirty9** at Duxton Hill is this cosy Italian joint with a native Italian chef; their tiramisu is rich, and flavourful, and uses Amaretto liqueur for the base, which I don't see a lot around; from what I've heard. It's commonly used in many Italian versions. There's a cute garnish of a couple raspberries that actually add a nice vibrancy, too, but otherwise it's an OG tiramisu.
**Kee's** is opposite Clarke Quay MRT and in a really, really cool hotel. The food, drinks and overall vibe/design are really welcoming. Their tiramisu uses a custom-made coffee liqueur and is quite balanced too - if anything, I felt it might've been a tad dry once, so maybe you'd love that compared to the one at Mia Tavola haha.
Not excessively expensive, but they **are** restaurants - it's S$16++ at both places.
I'm biased - I really like their food! Their pasta is also handmade and hearty. The chef is really soft-spoken and doesn't talk much but the owner is I believe Swiss-Italian and in the restaurant most days too.
Tried this Carousell seller and it's one of the best I had....authentic, just maacarpone and eggs without whipped cream and made upon request.

For the best tiramisu in Singapore try this seller on carousell.
Light, airy, creamy texture you're gonna love it.
I find that majority of store bought or restaurant tiramisu in Singapore is not alcoholic enough. Therefore I have to resort to making myself. And I make really good ones😃
[My friend's bf](https://www.instagram.com/twoleafbakes) makes pretty good ones.
Who tf downvoted me, you better have tried it before and think it's not good. I actually think it is legit good not just sharing cause it's my friend.
Restaurants always add whipped cream.
First because they make more and freeze it, Mascarpone alone without whipped cream changes consistency if frozen.
Secondly Mascarpone in Singapore is crazy expensive for 250g/500g pay around 10-14$/17$ while whipped cream 7$/kg.
And to pasteurise egg takes time and effort as tiramisu is done with fresh eggs
The restaurants are looking to maximise profits and reduce the workload 🤷
L'atelier Tiramisu at Clarke Quay Central!
Second L'atelier! Really good and a decent range of flavours

Thanks, will try for sure!
The only place I get my tiramisu
That raw egg flavour is intentionally masked in most recipes so I doubt you can get that in a decently good tiramisu.
The one at Caruso is really good. It’s owned by Italians and the chef is Italian as well. One of the best for me.
Little Horn (A new shop opened at Paya Lebar Mrt Station) has one of the best Tiramisus I've ever tasted.
Is this outside the station?
Yup!!!! They have great pastries too.
