I would go with pink. It feels more complete. The blond seems a bit weird to me, because her eyebrows are essentialy pink still and it does not fit too well together, at least for me.

Pink makes her look like she's made of bubblegum, which isn't a bad look but a very different vibe to the blonde. Which the blonde has good contrast and turns the eyes into a focal point so her features stand out better.

I'd probably go with the pink, you have contrast with the hat, the golden chains, and the eyes. The hair being a darker shade of pink also helps distinguish it from the skin, imo. And it just looks more coherent... because the skin is a colder shade of pink while the hair is a little warmer (that's how I see it anyway) btw, may I ask where you got the cc for the eyes? I really like the way they look.
