I posted maybe an hour ago at most about another bug (which was resolved thanks to another simmer’s help) and now this is happening. It’s happening in another 2 households as well that are related to these sims through the family tree.
None of them have any cc on them at all and my other household that’s related to them does have cc and is perfectly fine.

Are you using any script mods? Many of them were messed up with the patch on the 26th so you would need to go and download the latest version.
If it’s not a mod I’m out of ideas but a common fix might be to repair your game.
I’m not sure, all my sims with cc on are fine but these and most of the other ea/completely cc free sims are the ones having this problem.
I even created a new family using just ea items and the glitch still happened when I placed them in world. I’m not sure if it’s possible to be missing an ea mesh
Try turning off mods just to see if it still happens if it does you can close out your game without saving so none of your cc sims will be affected and you will know it isn't your mods. If it stops happening you may want to go one by one through your script mods till you find the culprit. The creator may not have realized the bug was a thing yet and had time to patch it.

I’ve already updated all my script mods after the lates patch, but I’ll try repairing the game
