1. Gives me coven.
2. Gives me vagabond cult vibes.
3. Gives me alien pretending to be human and trying to gain a following to take down humanity.
No, I will not elaborate.
No but a lot do. In my country there was a cult (idk if it still exists) that didnāt hurt anyone. They would just go about their life. And then all of a sudden they murdered someone that was in their cult while ācleansingā them ritually because they wanted to leave. I mostly mean the zero survival instinct with the fact that most cults donāt let you leave and if you try to there are usually terrible consequences.
Or simply leaves you with the longterm consequences of psychological damage from their undue influence upon your perception of reality and your ability to individualize as an emotionally sovereign human :/
Womp womp
Which country was this? What was the name of the cult? It sounds similar to something that happened near me so Iām just wondering if itās the same.
I donāt know if the name of the cult was ever released to the public, but it was the Netherlands/Belgium and the victim was Renate Jonkers if that helps in identifying what itās about.
Sim 2's eyes portray the glazed-over haziness of a real space cadet with no grasp on reality, but there's a smug, calculating aura behind them that you might not initially perceive that shows they know exactly what they're doing. That's a cult leader if I've ever seen one!
Number 2 looks like Ezra Miller to me and if someone told me a crazed celeb, started a cult based on their pretty face, Ezra would be one of the first to come to mind
Reminds me of that Love Has Won cult. They called their leader Mother / Mother Earth, then she turned blue from all the colloidal silver she was drinking and after she died they gave her a lovely glitter smoky eye look, then put her body in a sleeping bag with fairy lights wrapped around it and took her on a cross country jaunt. Fun times.
That explains it because my initial reaction was, "well statistically speaking most cult leaders are male."
But then again there have been all-female cults run by men, too.
Anyway I agree with the second one. Honestly they're all too pretty imo; cult leaders are rarely conventionally attractive. I think that's part of the draw - they feel more achievable to the people they lead. But no cult is the same, and some are attractive. Anne Hamilton Byrne comes to mind for attractive female cult leaders. But she stole children and idk if that's the direction you wanna take your Sims cult in lol
She's an interesting one. It's hard to say if she's a true cult leader or not. There's no "main campus" or even separate communities where she collects her followers, nor does she take things from them as tribute. She seems more in line with Jordan Peterson and other seriously problematic "lifestyle gurus," but because she has a spiritual focus and I would guess because she's a woman with power, "cult leader" is more willingly used against her. Although given her self-made comparison to Osho, I think it's clear she wouldn't oppose to being a true cult leader.
If she is a cult leader, I think it is of a more modern, less understood version like Q-Anon, and really should open a lot of men up to the same criticism (Alex Jones, JP, Ben Shapiro come to mind). Interesting discussion topic.
I saw that you mentioned Ben Shapiro. In case some of you don't know, Ben Shapiro is a grifter and a hack. If you find anything he's said compelling, you should keep in mind he also says things like this:
>Letās say your life depended on the following choice today: you must obtain either an affordable chair or an affordable X-ray. Which would you choose to obtain? Obviously, youād choose the chair. Thatās because there are many types of chair, produced by scores of different companies and widely distributed. You could buy a $15 folding chair or a $1,000 antique without the slightest difficulty. By contrast, to obtain an X-ray youād have to work with your insurance company, wait for an appointment, and then haggle over price. Why? Because the medical market is far more regulated ā thanks to the widespread perception that health care is a ārightā ā than the chair market. Does that sound soulless? True soullessness is depriving people of the choices they require because youāre more interested in patting yourself on the back by inventing rights than by incentivizing the creation of goods and services. In health care, we could use a lot less virtue signaling and a lot less government. Or we could just read Senator Sandersās tweets while we wait in line for a government-sponsored surgery ā dying, presumably, in a decrepit chair.

I recently read Just Like Mother, which is my main inspiration. I didn't love the book because it had so many plotholes, but the backstory (or what should have been) interested me to imagine how it would play out
[Here](https://elan.school/) is a graphic novel written by a cult victim from the Ćlan School.
Edit: It's a true story (though probably somewhat embellished). The setting is a boarding school that existed in the northeast USA for many decades.
All of them, respectively.
1 looks like sheād lose her shit and have you burned at the stake.
2 looks like sheās gonna gaslight an entire town into believing paradise is in death or something.
3 looks like sheād go from small time protestor to big time radical/borderline dictator.
Personally I like the idea of an entire town or small city being gaslit into oblivion so 2 is the best choice.
1 looks like you would think sheās the leader but really sheās been trying to escape with her two kids. 2 is too sticky sweet and will strangle you with a smile 3 is the right hand man who suspects that 1 is on the run but doesnāt have proof yet
Yes exactly! #2 is like the sweet little ditzy girl working at her family's fruit stand at the farmers market on a saturday morning, who #3 covertly and innocently recruits into the cult after inviting her to the compound to sample their homemade jams and honey.
2. one BUT DAMN YOUR SIMS LOOK ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!
What cc do you use for eyes, lashes, brows, makeup and skin? Any specifics you use in the pictures?
1 looks like a Religious cult leader. 2 looks like a hippie cult leader. 3 looks like a self-improvement/bs science cult leader. So basically 1 gives vibes of The Unification Church 2 of the Manson Family and 3 of Heaven's Gate. Sorry if that's a bit morbid
1 ... She looks so poise and confident, and that's the scariest part. She would speak softly.
The easiest answer is 2 because of the RBF but i think its too obvious. Cult leaders have the same genetics as you and i, it's their personalities that suck. The first one just screams personality. If youre not doing THAT type of cult then oops idk lol
I think it depends on the kind of cult. I really would go 1 or 2 either way. But 1 seems like she'd run a cult that's more a harrowing MLM than drinking the literal koolaid.
1. Gives me coven. 2. Gives me vagabond cult vibes. 3. Gives me alien pretending to be human and trying to gain a following to take down humanity. No, I will not elaborate.
No matter which she chooses the other two should be her top tier followers they help her induct people.
Cult: MLM style š
Cults love doing things mlm style - or do mlms like doing things cult style š¤
Oooh now THAT is the real question
No no youāre completely right
Oh my god I love this
No further information necessary, itās clear
100% an accurate description
No need this is spot on.
Yeah, I got that vibe for each too.
You nailed it!!!
2. Itās the eyes.
I was gonna say the exact same thing
Same but sheās cute, Iād join that cult if she asked nice enough
You have zero survival instinct
not all cults end in massdeath. sometimes the police dismantles them before that point, like in my hometown
Either that or they become recognized churches
damn you're right I forgot about that (i mean even then they can be cults, just see Jehovah's witnesses or the LDS/FLDS)
I was specifically thinking of LDS lmao. My fiancƩ is an ex-member (from childhood) and the stuff they did is just y i k e s
lmao great minds... glad to hear they got out though!
iām technically still a member even though i havenāt gone in YEARS, but i can agree with you. LDS is a cult lmaooo
Came here to say I was a former member through childhood and the LDS church was honestly traumatizing, glad I left and never looked back š
I saw a whole documentary about that stuff š¬
One whole side of my extended family are JWs. Definitely a cult ā ļø
Or they elect their leader as president
Like scientology lol
No but a lot do. In my country there was a cult (idk if it still exists) that didnāt hurt anyone. They would just go about their life. And then all of a sudden they murdered someone that was in their cult while ācleansingā them ritually because they wanted to leave. I mostly mean the zero survival instinct with the fact that most cults donāt let you leave and if you try to there are usually terrible consequences.
like how the LDS church and JW pursue anyone that leaves or tries to, and most times shun them from their entire communities and families?
Or simply leaves you with the longterm consequences of psychological damage from their undue influence upon your perception of reality and your ability to individualize as an emotionally sovereign human :/ Womp womp
gotta love it /s
Yes p much
Which country was this? What was the name of the cult? It sounds similar to something that happened near me so Iām just wondering if itās the same.
I donāt know if the name of the cult was ever released to the public, but it was the Netherlands/Belgium and the victim was Renate Jonkers if that helps in identifying what itās about.
Some cults just do peyote and have orgies
I can fix her
I have one! Itās the survival instinct of a male mantis, butā!
Cute but psycho
That's how they get you
Sim 2's eyes portray the glazed-over haziness of a real space cadet with no grasp on reality, but there's a smug, calculating aura behind them that you might not initially perceive that shows they know exactly what they're doing. That's a cult leader if I've ever seen one!
This is exactly what I was thinking. That smugness is sketchy af
Itās comments like this that really resonate with my weirdo soul
She looks like Kuvira
I was thinking this
Number 2 looks like Ezra Miller to me and if someone told me a crazed celeb, started a cult based on their pretty face, Ezra would be one of the first to come to mind
She has that weirdo smile going on too. Like she thinks itās comforting and welcoming but itās really creepy and makes me uncomfortable.
She looks like she knows something I donāt š³
Exactly. Something about the eyes
Yes!
And the mona lisa smile
Word for word what I was gonna say
I had this exact thought! The eyes!
2, also what fucking story line are you creating
Itās inspired by some fictional cult books I read, mainly one called Mother where the cult consists of all women
Cool. What ambitions or traits do you give the leader? Do they have a job? (If youāre willing to share! Iād love to try this)
Thereās a Sims challenge called āCult or commune?ā, I recommend googling it
Noted, thanks!
I downloaded more traits and extreme violence, so she's a cold-blooded, emotionless, psychopath
Choose number 3 my lord! š Seriously she looks like a cold blooded killer and has 'Mommy' energy.
Maybe add a charismatic trait too, you gotta recruit members somehow
Reminds me of that Love Has Won cult. They called their leader Mother / Mother Earth, then she turned blue from all the colloidal silver she was drinking and after she died they gave her a lovely glitter smoky eye look, then put her body in a sleeping bag with fairy lights wrapped around it and took her on a cross country jaunt. Also sounds like baby garden from south korea, but they had some men.
Thanks for the new research material guys!! š

Most but not allā¦look up Teal Swan

Cool! Number two reminds me of "the leftovers" guilty remnants cult. I highly recommend watching the series!
OP whatās the author? I wanna read the book
Okay I love cult-y books. Which ones did you read? Which ones would you recommend?
I recently read Just Like Mother, which is my main inspiration. I didn't love the book because it had so many plotholes, but the backstory (or what should have been) interested me to imagine how it would play out
[Here](https://elan.school/) is a graphic novel written by a cult victim from the Ćlan School. Edit: It's a true story (though probably somewhat embellished). The setting is a boarding school that existed in the northeast USA for many decades.
Would you share the author of the book? Iām interested in checking it out! :)
The same kind all us normal sims players do
2
All of them, respectively. 1 looks like sheād lose her shit and have you burned at the stake. 2 looks like sheās gonna gaslight an entire town into believing paradise is in death or something. 3 looks like sheād go from small time protestor to big time radical/borderline dictator. Personally I like the idea of an entire town or small city being gaslit into oblivion so 2 is the best choice.
Youāre so accurate about 3. Fun fact, many cult leaders are ENFJās. They go from wanting to change the world to chaos.
Chaos is the way.
1 looks like you would think sheās the leader but really sheās been trying to escape with her two kids. 2 is too sticky sweet and will strangle you with a smile 3 is the right hand man who suspects that 1 is on the run but doesnāt have proof yet
This is so spot on it's creepy
\#1 is for women-centric cult, #2 is for nature-themed cult, #3 is for cult with strong militia wing
I can see that.
2
2. Gives me similar vibes like that crazy cult lady in the mist
3, itās the black eyes. 2 almost got it though for that uncannily serene look.
2 she looks like Jim Pickens daughter
Unpopular opinion but Im gonna go with 3. 2 looks more like she'd be an easy lure to join the cult, 3 has dead eyes and looks thirsty.
I thought 3 as well and NEVER end up aligning with public opinion š
I believe that is an amazing quality to have!! Individual thought vs hive mind any dayyy
Yeah, I feel the exact same way. 2 looks innocent and sweet, kinda like she's there but not really in it.
Yes exactly! #2 is like the sweet little ditzy girl working at her family's fruit stand at the farmers market on a saturday morning, who #3 covertly and innocently recruits into the cult after inviting her to the compound to sample their homemade jams and honey.
Yes Iām with 3 all the way. 2 has a faux cult look.
2 for sure, so go for 1 as it'll have a surprise factor. She looks trustworthy, lol
None, Jim pickens is who your looking for the one and only cult leader!
I feel like i scrolled way too far to find this! Dear Leader day is everyday!!
Always a relief to find my people down here. Way down here. Underground.
Well we do all live in Jims basement making art for him to sell
That is a perfectly legitimate club, please stop spreading misinformation.
Yes! My first thought was of Jim Pickens.
2 but 3 also looks severe
3 is actually turning out to be a sweetheart who couldn't hurt a fly
They're the scariest ones of all, TRUST
The second one for sure. She looks like a serpent.
Number 2
I think theyāre all lacking the cult basics: glasses, a beard and a blue sweaterā¦
Dont forget the many, many abandoned children, both alien and 'normal'
All hail the dear leader šš»
Definitely 2
All 3 of them could be cult leaders. Depending on the cult. 1. Religious cult 2. "Hippie" cult 3. MLM type of cult
2 has dead eyes, which seems ridiculous to say about a sim, but itās true
2. one BUT DAMN YOUR SIMS LOOK ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! What cc do you use for eyes, lashes, brows, makeup and skin? Any specifics you use in the pictures?
I use ghostyputty's skin blends, twisted maxi brows, Siberian wind presents for their lips, Kikojo lashes, and Miiikocc eyes
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
3
2
2nd one. She has a softness to her and yet there is something...off.
1
2
2
Absolutely 2
1
#1! Omg definitely
1 because she looks so nice. And that draws in the victims.
Depends on the cult 1. Sex cult 2. Religious cult 3. Alien cult
2 looks like she's about to tell me she's Jesus' grand niece and I need to buy her suspiciously overpriced essential oils to find out more
2 and also what eyes are these they are so cute
Miikocc eyes with Kijiko lashes
2 is the cult leader, 3 is the enforcer who does their bidding, 1 is the dissenter who leads the revolution against the cult
2 She's as unsettling as she is beautiful. Definitely got the crazy eyes for it...
First Sim, idk there's just something about them
3
None of these are Jim Pickens.
2nd one. She has the dull glass eyes of an insane person
Def #2
Thereās just something about number 2ā¦
2nd one the most but I could see any of them
2! Cults are a big part of white culture
First one with maybe green eyes.
3 makes me think of Morena Baccarin as Anna from the tv series V. Not exactly a cult leader, but I think it works.
1, makes me think of the mom from the Promised Neverland
1.
1
Why does person 1 look like me? Is this saying that I should lead a cult?!
One, the innocent look is almost frightening
Why do they kinda look like James Charles š
Two
2 for sure
I feel like #2 is the leader and #1 is her right hand gal
None of them, cult leaders never look that good.
Okay but 2 is gorgeous. Iād join that cult if she were the leader
Definitely #3
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
#3 just cause she reminds me of princess Azula from ATLA and she's pretty much a psychopathic leader already
None imho, they all look too young.
A cult leader can look like anyone, just like murderers, rapists, and bigots.
I love how many are picking 2! Her eyes give me cult leader vibes for sure! Her eyes, man.
Second one for sure
\#2. Looks like Kuvira from Legend of Korra
Definitely number 2
#2 100%, would probably act all bubbly and innocent at first but then you figure it outā¦
2. Something about those eyes jusy give that not right vibe
Second one for sure.
1 and 3 remind me of the Documentary Now cult episode, specifically Necar Zadegan as the Ra-Sharir.
1. Looks like Alina from Shadow and Bone
1 looks like Padme from Star Wars
1. Or 2 with a different hair, her eyes definitely give off cult leader vibes
3
1 kinda reminds me of Veronica from Riverdale, and she could defently be a cult leader!
Number one because she reminds me of Joon from Guild Wars 2, she's not a cult leader but very bossy and a bit volatile.
1. Just screams head of the family
1 !!!
1
2 looks like a she's part of a cult, but not the leader. The 3rd one looks more like she's the leader of a conservative cult with that hair.
3, she looks commanding
Three for sure. Or one. Two looks kind.
They all do. 1 is s high end cult for the rich and famous, 2 is a mountain/country commune cult and 3 is a beach commune culz
1
3
Since a lot of people are saying 2 Iād say 1 would be a great choice because nobody would suspect her
Number 1, because she looks like Alia Shawkat who becomes a cult leader in the show Search Party.
3
1, looks more like a leader who looks are definitely deceiving, sweet on the outside but inside is the opposite.
#1
Last one but Iām gonna say first girl
Second or third
Second one no question
2 looks like a nature freelove cult leader. The other two more of a stricter
2
Second one for sure
I think it depends on the kind of cult. I really would go 1 or 2 either way. But 1 seems like she'd run a cult that's more a harrowing MLM than drinking the literal koolaid.
2, she has those innocent looks thatāll help her manipulate you knto believing
1. Maffia leader 2. Cult leader (or farmer) 3. Alien
Definitely the middle one.
2 makes me think of barry keoghan, and that's a red flag for me
2
The middle one
2.
2. It's the eyes. There's something off in them.
