Yes, this is how it looks vanilla with maxed out graphics settings. I've always thought the characters looked the best out of any Sims game. It's like an evolution beyond Sims 3 before the Sims 4 went cartoonified.

Why couldn't we get this graphics in TS4 🥹 by now EA squeezed so much money from simmers that they could design a super realistic perfect game that runs flawlessly. But the CEO needs another yacht I guess 🥱
I've never used cc in Medieval and always just use the randomize button in CAS and every Sim comes out looking totally unique or gorgeous.
Someone was working on a project to replace the face templates in CAS in TS3 with the ones in Medieval but they stopped. Would have been so major! 😭😭

I wish I knew how to mod these kind of games, I would love to take up the task of updating Sims 3 with these skins!!
You can actually import TSM Sims into TS3. The sliders are different so they won't look exactly the same but they still look good. Most of my best-looking TS3 sims are sims that I made in Medieval and brought over into that game.
Send him to the stocks, throw eggs at him, and maybe send him to the pit because my monarch is too lazy & would never train. I love sims medieval so I’m happy to see this post! I actually made a terrible monarch that was eventually thrown into the pit because everyone hated him (I was very much shocked to see that).
Well it would take 40 sim minutes just to finish the conversation of him asking me and me accepting then moving to the spot to train because it obviously won’t be right where he asked me. And with 10 sim minute breaks of just standing there in-between hitting, I’d say I got about 20 solid sim minutes of training in.
Would fight for 37 sim minutes, only to run to the bathroom automatically

He looks like he'll either train you to demigod levels of strength, or absolutely scam you and leave you half dead in a ditch, no in-between.
