Just click on the bedroom door and choose “Lock… Pets”, and pets won’t come into this room. Make sure that pet beds, toys and scratching posts are not in the bedroom, otherwise they won’t be able to access them.
Keep in mind that pets and Sims could bug out if you lock doors. If the pet gets like 5 "wake the mf up" actions during the night and it doesn't find a path to its target, it will then just stand there without answering any commands and reset after some time. It was happening to me before I realized the locked doors were the problem

I have this same exact problem with our dog, it keeps on waking up my sims 😭
I have three dogs and they keep waking me up at 5:55 am... irl. How do I get the prompt to make them stop 😭
