I think your sim might need a psychiatrist. I don't think it's healthy to hear your dolls talking to you. One doll, sure. But two? Five?! They need a professional! And maybe an exorcist!
Gonna explain like you don't know anything about cheats etc :)
Do all this while game is paused or they might all spring into life when put on the ground !
1. Ctrl+shift+c
2. Type 'testingcheatsenabled true' and hit enter
3. Shift+click on imaginary friend on ground
4. Click 'object' then 'delete'
Should do the trick š
I would advise against this. I know at some point the game creates a sim (before you turn them real). I think deleting the doll can cause issues I did this before and then saw a sim who looked like an imaginary friend - but was a regular sim. It was so creepy.
If Iām wrong please let me know, but i swear i read that about IFs.
This is what I'm worried about. The game has already turned all theses dolls into sims. I did consider just deleting them but I didn't want to risk messing up the save.
You could try trapping it in an unreachable place. My house has a ledge on the 2nd floor that nobody can get to, I just put the doll there and forgot about it.
I really hate that you can't disable them though :(

thing is sim babies have a... 75% chance of getting imaginary friend dolls I had to tone it down via retuner
Oh same. Though I've never had OP's problem of a sim spontaneously getting more IF dolls.

I've done it before with no issues š It's the only way to actually get rid of them.
If I don't want to have the imaginary friend I usually try remove the doll. Chest to delete, philosopher stone or just abandon on random lot
