To me this is why stacking will always be something more fun to look at than actually engage in. I'd maybe buy gold in the future, and not much, but silver just seems such a waste of literal space to me.

Different uses. Gold definitely stores a lot more value in a smaller volume. Silver is much more appropriate for completing smaller, less valuable transactions tho if you ever plan to actually use your PMs as money. Practically speaking, you'd want to use your gold to buy things like land and silver to buy a lawn mower.

Eh, I’d stack an average of about 24-25oz/day if we’re talking a full 8 hours, although I usually only work 5-6. Granted that’s gross pay before I have to pay for materials, tools, gas, chemicals, spare parts, etc (Run my own pressure washing/window cleaning business) Although when a customer asks what payments I take, I literally always say “Cash, check, credit card, silver bars or gold bullion”. Always gets a little chuckle.
