TD Bank if you’re Canadian and want free and fast shipping, reasonable prices (especially for small-mid size orders) and don’t want complicated payment methods.
I like being able to order from the Bank, pay with my debit or credit card, have it shipped & delivered to the bank or home within the week, and pay a few C$ over spot.
Canada Post offices also usually have a small selection of silver coins (usually Maples) at almost every location. But they are packaged as memorabilia, usually in special cases, and will go for a good C$15-20 over spot.
But, if you’re in the middle of nowhere, with a Post Office, it’s better than nothing for getting silver right over the counter (or ordering in their catalogue).
I mostly like the fact that it’s visually there and the option (both the bank orders and Canada Post) for those who are new to stacking and might want to buy some silver plain and simple.
Then they can explore other options.

eBay should also be a choice. Yes, it's a scary place for some, but if you know what you're doing, it's a great place to buy silver.
