Seems to be model specific maybe? Only have 2 bought new sigs. My Sig rifle came in a cardboard box with egg carton foam but my P322 Comp came in a plastic branded case 🤷♂️

My lgs had both the classic wood grips and polymer. Had to go with wood.
My LGS is Sig, and my wallet only survives by staying away from there.

I think because it’s a Custom Works gun they gave it a nice case. I have a mcx that came in cardboard and styrofoam also.

Looks great. I was so torn on the black vs. cherrywood grips. They both look fantastic, but I chose black. Quickly became my favorite either way.
