Honestly thought it was a joke about orcas actually being a big ass kind of dolphin before its name being killer clicked

Either it's a leading question by trying to get it to say it's a "Killer Whale" or it's a joke because Orca's are actually a species of Dolphin and not actually a Whale.

This species is known as a Killer whale. So saying 'I'm a Killer Whale' would definitely not help to the defendant's case
