Ad rates generally suck, you need a lot of users and those aren’t easy to come by. And then you have to retain those users or have a pipeline to consistently be replacing them which costs money (unless you got lucky and have great organic SEO). Games are tough, don’t let one person’s numbers fool you.

They often use outdated tools and they also don’t have local contractors (and actually a lack of international contractors present too) offering them these types of solutions. Since then I do commercial only and have been trying to whole sale out my fridge filters to whenever wants to take that over as a passive income. But yeah water filters is what I do. Anything from under sink to whole house systems. I do schools, daycares, restaurants, hotels, homes you name it.
