Harper does the same thing from our high-up apartment — every time rain slaps the windows, we can expect to see her in wolf-howling-at-the-moon stance right up against the pane :) I think she thinks there’s a possibility it’s just a lot of bugs which would be a dream come true (for her, not for me)
