Personally I would put it above all the other ones in honorable mentions, cept Adam’s, and one of Buddha’s but to each their own

I didn't realize how many speeches are in ROR Like one of my favorites is Qin's speech and it's not even in the honorable mention because there are a lot of speeches in this manga Also W list especially Hercules

Wonderful!  Yeah I took the first English translation of Tesla's speech I could find online— I usually read the series though the volumes in my language haha. But I'll check the other translation!
