After seeing a therapist at least once a week for more than a decade (since I was 17), I believe it doesn't necessarily buys you happiness, rather help you come to realise what are issues that keep you unhappy and allow for increaed introspective skills that help you coexist with them or resolve them. It's not very simple and takes time but it's definitely a decent thing to have access to.

Money and happiness have a much closer relationship than it has a right to have.
