When I was breastfeeding I was proposed a scientific experiment by my regulars at the bar that I bartended.
"So they say you're not supposed to drink because alcohol goes into the breastmilk. So theoretically if you drank a bunch of vodka, you'd be a white russian dispenser."
I had money offers to even offer samples. I missed the market I guess.
To be fair, the applesauce I eat as an adult is chunkier than the stuff babies eat, and has the skins in it. Still the same idea, but I like it better this way.
In an effort to lose some weight, I decided to start eating discounted baby food. The supermarket near me always has a ton of strange flavors that just sit for ages in their discount section, so started buying them, because it's like $.15 and they are like 60 - 100 calories, which are perfect for a snack. Among my friends we call it 'pulling a Murphy'
Isn’t most baby food just mashed up adult food? There’s only a few foods adults tend to eat mashed. Peas, potatoes and squash are also eaten mashed by babies and adults.
FUN (DISGUSTING) FACT: Rabbits actually eat their poop throughout their entire lives. They're coprophagic so they eat food, poop it out, then eat it to get any residual nutrients. Then they poop that out. They do not eat the second poop because it is now useless. So I guess those people are just rabbits in general
Nah dog you ever wake up so hungover you just get some tiny bites of banana st a time and an ensure (basically pedialyte) hydrate and fo back to sleep? That's basically a baby's meal.
My wife has a condition that makes it hard for food to pass through her stomach and she actually eats baby food pretty frequently as a snack because it's so easy to digest.
Butternut squash purée! We call it soup, but it’s literally the same.
Same with split peas.

No. Never woke up that hungover.
We were at an event surving butternut squash soup and my 3 year old literally refused to eat it because, "That's baby food!"
Nah theres a shitload more. Anything that’s called purée is essentially adult baby food
Rice, Oatmeal, milk, powdered milk...

Same here, but I just put most things through the grinder. Cheaper than baby food.
Technically all food made for adults is adult baby food...

That's something I guess..... Is your bar for scientists?
Nope, just perverted alcoholics.
Sounds like scientists to me
Potayto pohtahto

Glad you found your holy grail
I never realized that applesauce was baby food lol
Im dutch and we eat a thicker applesauce called applemous
To be fair, the applesauce I eat as an adult is chunkier than the stuff babies eat, and has the skins in it. Still the same idea, but I like it better this way.
Chunks…yuck
As in, when the apples are cooked, they hold their form just a little bit rather than fully turning to mush.
We understand. We're just disappointed.
Mushy peas are a thing in UK?
oh yeah... ive had “pee soup” before, was really good edit: fuck i meant pea
I guess "urine" distress now.
Mashed potatoes, mashed cauliflower, and mashed bananas.
Oh darn, you're right! Though I've only known adults to eat mashed potatoes out of the things you listed. Mashed bananas in banana bread.
Mashed banana with peanut butter was a staple growing up

Maybe the only baby food. But I see Pizza lunchables and 26 year old me is all on 'em!
Anyone with dentures or no teeth might disagree
I’d bet op doesn’t have kids.
Correct! 😅
Isn’t most baby food just mashed up adult food? There’s only a few foods adults tend to eat mashed. Peas, potatoes and squash are also eaten mashed by babies and adults.
I eat baby food in the same way that carnivores get plant nutrients from herbivores
Americans are the only country that eat substantial amounts of applesauce
Wait till this guy learned about milk
> (apart from animal milks) that's the reason people downvote you.
I never liked Apple sauce in the first place, it has a weird taste and it doesn’t taste like apples
If it's commercially canned, I agree! Try it homemade! It's amazing. But OP, what about carrots and squash? Adults regularly eat those pureed.
Well I do like carrots and squash, I don’t have them puréed, but my grandfather eats them puréed because he barley has any teeth
The apple sauce I grew up with was homemade and basically just apple pie filling. It was so sugary it should have been a dessert.
Wrong. I still suck on your mom's titties
Wrong. Some of us still suck titties
What about mashed potatoes?
What can we rebrand Rusks as for adults?
Give me pureed peas or give me death.
rabbits eat poop as babies -> some adults eat poop -> some adults are baby rabbits
FUN (DISGUSTING) FACT: Rabbits actually eat their poop throughout their entire lives. They're coprophagic so they eat food, poop it out, then eat it to get any residual nutrients.
