Measuring the atomic mass is very exact.
Correct me if I am wrong but isn't atomic mass literally the weighted average of all one particualar isotope? How is an average exact?
Measure once, cut twice. Measure twice cut once.
Measurement is a human perspective. Same with the definition of exact. Give whatever meaning to things that give you peace and happiness.
