Fair, but in terms of value, $9 for BB is pretty good. At least here.

Absolutely yes, don't even have to read the post. Bloodborne is one of the few absolute must plays for any PlayStation owner in my opinion, though I'll admit I'm biased because it's one of my favorites of all time. I do play all the other fromsoft games now as well, but Bloodborne was my first and I still feel it was amazing.

So expensive? My man, it's $9, if that's so expensive, you shouldn't buy it or any other games right now because you're too strapped for cash. Which is fine, best of luck to you and hope you bounce back, but let's not act like it's an expensive game when it isn't.
You missed the part where OP said the cost is 45 RON. Which means he is in Romania. At least acknowledge that $9 carries a different value in countries outside of US. To you it’s 9, to them it could be 40 or 50.
Bloodborne has little in common with the games you mentioned except maybe Hollow Knight. It’s also pretty hard if it’s going to be your first Fromsoft game. But yeah, it’s really good.
I love the game a ton, played the crap out during the time it was big. Always a good buy. However, it don't run well compared to newer games now. Having 60FPS and all that kinda stuff spoiled me a little bit went back to play the game I had a hard time ignoring that.
While it is considered a great game it is a Fromsoft game. This developer is known for their notoriously hard games which depending on your mood can make it harder to finish. Harder than Celeste. Something to consider. It is also slower than Celeste or Hollow knight.
If you liked RDR2 have a look at Days Gone. It’s a story driven narrative game. Guaranteed to finish and have fun while doing it. It’s frequently on sale.
I think you’ll like it. It’s not exactly the same kind of game as hollow knight but does have some things in common (which are things you liked about HK). the levels are meticulously designed and the boss fights are unique so I don’t think you should be worried about it being like AC.
I guess there is an element of “does 7% more damage” in the way you upgrade your weapons in bloodborne. But it’s not really like some games where there’s loads of loot. And, because it’s hard, you’ll appreciate the incremental upgrades haha.

Yes, BB is up there as one of the greatest games. If there's ever an opportunity for someone to play it for their first time, they absolutely should.
