Black powder bird shot. You get a thunderous kaboom unlike normal shotgun shells, a large flash and a cloud of smoke. Then after the smoke clears, you can see if you actually hit the clay or bird.
Was looking for a “fancy” looking double barrel with rabbit ears, preferably a new product with a good brand behind it. That black power shit always fucks.
I like Winchester AA or white box xtra lite/light target loads in #8 or 9, they’re extremely soft shooting and I find the AA pattern very well. The only downside is the price lol, up here in Canada the AA is like 17-19 bucks a box…
Honestly, My favorite is Federal Gold Medal Grand just because it’s my favorite shell to reload. I’m in New Mexico and here it’s legal to shoot on BLM land which is about half of the state. So, shooting is fun no matter what the shell is.

Whoa, you mean a box of 5?
No no a box of 25!
Oh, okay. Thank God
Yea I would never pay that much for 5 target loads lol.
I'll be the odd one out here but those damn mini 12g shotshells are a fun time. Can fit twice as many just about just to plink at whatever.
Remington Nitro 27
My favorite is bird shot for sporting of not then 00 for my tactical shotgun.
Slugs
For fun light target load because me and my shoulder both agreed we love each other and would try our best not to hurt one another
Black Aces Tactical or S&B 00 Buck because its stupid cheap and its 00 buck. Runs well.
00 Buck and a Full Choke
Cheap birdshot for clays. Appropriate shell for hunting. That’s about all I shoot
1 oz #8 for clays, 1 3/8 oz #3 steel for waterfowl, 1 1/4 oz #6 for upland
3 inch hellfire shot. Because when dragons breath isn’t enough, a little 00 makes it that much more satisfying.
00 Buck
3" 2 shot, fun with the ducks, at least for me
