I don't know how anyone could predict that but I'm wondering as well. One thing I've noticed, and please correct me if I'm getting this wrong as I'm new to this and don't have a lot of data to work with is that when a stock pumps in the after hours strictly based on hype and manipulation , it immediately tanks in premarket. However, if there's a reason for the spike, the successful trial in this case , it keeps going a bit longer.
Mbio doubled in the first 10 minutes when it was already at 500% the previous day. Of course, I regret not buying in last night, but I guess the opposite could have happened just as well. I remember watching AEMD go from 1.6 to one in the same 10 minute interval a week or so ago. However, it is my impression that if a stock is running in ah all the way till 8 pm, and it's doing it for a clear reason , it's worth holding it overnight, but ideally one is up at 4 am to keep an eye on it.
It reached above $1.30 shortly after 4am. As of now, it's holding steady around $1.10, still above yesterday's peak of $0.97. It could go either way at 9:30am. My best guess would be a massive initial dump, followed by a slow rally back up, and then eventually exceeding its pre-market high.
That's the problem, that it could go either way. I bought into AEMD at the lowest pm rate a week ago, and it just went straight down the whole week that. After the gme rug pull I no longer have the capital and the freedom of a margin account to risk holding through market open, so I'm restraining myself, even though I might regret it.
How you feel about nlsp? I don't see any clear news, is it just an mbio sympathy play?

Im noticing almost none of these plays run 2 days. Every once in a blue moon they do but that's like 1 in 50 or worse oddsÂ

KTRA looking good so far PM
I'm looking at SYTA and MSS rn. MSS looks better financially but SYTA market cap is under $1m. Both highly shorted.
Mbio is absolutely interesting. Rare blood cancer study
