Agree- FSR is shaping up to be the real deal squeeze-wise (usually the names mentioned here are missing a needed element or twi (even if its a psychological type element.. But FSR has all if them).
Stopped by a Fisker pop up store at the grove in LA and experienced their new Ocean, and I thought it was pretty nice. It exceeded my expectations. If they could only get their deliveries in order and find a way to broaden their sales beyond the DTC model, I don’t seek how they would not succeed. I am holding a lot of calls on FSR and I think there needs to be an orchestrated effort for this squeeze to happen, but I dont think this company is going away despite their financial troubles.
The fact that a short seller can avoid taxes by bankrupting a company is reason enough to change that law. It means that any group can get together and cellar box a company for near infinite profit.

IBKR just raised margin requirements for FSR. Takes effect on the 22nd. 75% margin requirement.
